Biography
Born in Nairobi, 1985, currently lives and works in Tel Aviv.
Holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Multidisciplinary Studies in Humanities from Tel Aviv University (2011) and B.Ed.F.A. in Art and Art Education from Hamidrasha Faculty of the Arts, Beit Berl Collage (2015).
About
Rinat's works consist of a variety of mediums, including sculpture, installation, performance and digital media. The subjects in her works are inspired by natural entities, such as human and animal body parts, as well as daily objects. The works are either digitally created or hand-crafted whilst certain characteristics are isolated, emphasized or exaggerated often to an extent of a perversion or abnormality. The type of production is chosen with relation to the content of each piece.
